4. Shipping will be via commercial courier to reach your door steps;
5. Damage due to shipping must be reported within 3 days upon receipt of parcel;

4. How much will shipping cost me?
Nuvav offers free ground shipping for all orders over $199.00, within the continental U.S. For international orders, the shipping rates are based on the product weight, the shipping location and the shipping method requested.
5. How do I know if my order has shipped?
As soon as your order is shipped, we send you a shipment confirmation e-mail with the tracking information for your package. If you have not received an e-mail, your order will be shipped shortly and you will receive an e-mail as soon as it is shipped. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
6. How do I track my shipment?
You can check the location of your package by using the tracking number, which we provide in the shipment confirmation e-mail, on the UPS Website.
7. What happens when an item is back-ordered?
When an item is not available for immediate shipment and gets back-ordered, we inform the customer immediately of the estimated date of availability via e-mail or by phone. We will send you the available items and keep the remaining order on a "back-order" status. The back-ordered item is shipped as soon as it becomes available.
